KMB-464 in mTNBC

KMB-464 (seviteronel) is Kembi's lead small molecule program targeting androgen receptor signalling, which is a key trigger of cancer cell plasticity and therapy resistance in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.

The current 4Cast Phase 2 clinical trial is evaluating KMB-464 in patients with mTNBC, assessing efficacy in combination with standard of care chemotherapy, where plasticity-driven resistance is a primary mechanism of treatment failure.
